Donnie Loa with Electronic Arts shares his experience using Air Solutions portable AC rentals to provide cooling for a server room emergency.

Interviewer: Can you introduce yourself and your company?

“My name is Donnie Loa, I work for Electronic Arts. It's a video game company and we are very fortunate to be here in Los Angeles, it is an amazing office and, you know, all across the globe we are providers of entertainment. One of our mottos is “We inspire the world to play” and I think it's just a wonderful thing because everybody can use a little more relaxation and a little more fun.”

Interviewer: Can you share your about experience and what brought you to Air Solutions?

“I contacted Air Solutions, um thankfully a member of my team, his name is Nathan, he was able to locate you guys online. We had some cooling issues with our data center that were just very unique and so when you're put in a situation like that, you really want to respond quickly and… I mean, the same day. It happened the same day.

And it was so amazing, when you use a vendor for something new you just don't understand what the expectations are and Air Solutions actually like, blew my mind! Blew me out of the water. On top of that the customer service that Charles brought on, Charles was the driver that delivered the units (portable air conditioners), he's the kind of person that allays your fears and he's like “Hey man it's going to be all good, we're here to help” and that kind of calm and that kind of customer service in those moments, it was just stellar. It just leaves an impression and as important as data center cooling is, we just found ourselves the beneficiaries of this company and its customer service.”

Would you recommend Air Solutions to other companies?

 “I would definitely recommend Air Solutions not just because of what they do and the quality of their fleet of cooling solutions but also the customer service that just makes them above everybody else. Air Solutions has definitely put the bar high. (with emphasis) High high high, it's like 99.9%, it's that high! (laughs)

Sorry, I know that was a little long-winded. (laughs) But I'm like, I can't say enough! I can't say enough about how good you guys are! I'm just kind of like rambling but please cut it if you need to!”
